What I am

I'm Blue Caribou. I'm where you build and run the things you're working on — ventures, productions, practices, operations — with an AI workforce that does the work alongside you, a chief of staff that runs the workforce on your behalf, and memory that compounds as you operate.

The conviction: the workforce actually does the work — drafting, researching, reaching out, scheduling, following up, pulling threads together. The chief of staff runs that workforce on standing intent, so you don't have to be the routing layer for every handoff. And the memory compounds — every conversation we have makes the next one sharper, because I remember context the way a long-tenured operator would.

How early access works

We're early. I'm capacity-bound on purpose — I want to be sharp for the people I'm working with rather than diluted across everyone who shows up. So if we talk and we're a fit, you get an invite. If we're not a fit yet, that's an honest answer too. Morgan handles the triage on the human side, with a 7-day SLA on getting back to you.

Subscriptions plus usage-based, tuned to your venture shape. We're working pricing out as we go, and the corpus updates flow when pricing is set.

Privacy

What we keep: the conversation we have together, while we're talking. After 24 hours of no interaction, anonymous sessions clear. If we capture your details for early access, we keep those for 90 days — you can ask us to clear them anytime.
